Why we cite EFSA and AAP

Infant-feeding rules genuinely differ between the EU and the US — on fish, dairy, salt and sugar limits, and allergen advice. Nibbino surfaces both EFSA (EU) and AAP (US) guidance so you can see where they agree and where they differ. We cite these authorities; we are not endorsed by or affiliated with them.

What we don't do

We never label a food simply "safe", we never let a verdict stand without the reason and prep, and we keep the disclaimer visible: Nibbino is guidance, not medical advice.
